Process Coordinator

Job Description
  1. Assist students through complete Application process for admission in universities abroad
  2. Constantly following up with universities and candidates through calls/ emails regarding admission/application related queries and documents
  3. Engage in all application process related activities like documentations, application filling, visa processing etc.
  4. Provide constant support to students about their application status and future steps
  5. Work closely with other team members for smooth and easy execution of tasks
  6. Adhere to all the deadlines of institutions as well as of the company.
Requirements:
  1. Should have good communication & computer skills
  2. Experience of overseas education admission process is mandatory
  3. Work effectively under high volumes of information and tight timelines with ease
  4. Good organizational skills, time management and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  5. Keen attention to details
  6. Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and take initiative.
  7. Excellent analytical with decision making skills.
